The main objective of Introduction to Emotional Intelligence (EI) Workshop is to develop an awareness rerading basic EI competencies; which are emotional self awareness, self regulation, and self motivation.
 

Scientific Research Through the Library (I)

The main obgective of Scientific Research Through the Library workshop is to improve the ability of using library sources. In this practical training participants will learn how to reach and how to use the ample library resources. 
 

Effective Communication

In this workshop participants will get a chance to improve the foundational communication skills such as active listening, empaty, giving and receiving feedback, expressing ideas and using body language.
 

Time Management

In today's VUCA environment, we know that TIME is one of the most valuable resources that bring us success in life. In this program participants will focus on Time Management topic and will learn the basic componets of it, such as; setting SMART goals, fighting with time wasters, prioritization, avoiding procrastination, and the value of preparation.
 

Emotional Intelligence (II)

During the second Emational Intelligence workshop, participants will focus on the social skills that will improve their ability to manage their relationships. Understanding others and effectively managing interpersonal relations are the two main headlines of this program. 

It is prerequisite to be joined EI-1 workshop.
