Whatever the topic we focus on, we are always attentive to be participant oriented and we use learning facilitation methods that support active participation. We encourage participants to generate learning groups that enable them to express their opinions clearly, and to work together on a solution by discussing different opinions.
We believe in the power of experiential learning and we use experiential learning tools that enriches the learning process. Our participants find opportunities to evaluate and strengthen their social skills in a variety of different contexts, such as communication, creative problem solving, teamwork, conflict management, persuasion.
Since we offer open programs, our workshops are usually composed of people who do not know each other. In this respect, we create an environment which enables to establish new friendships throughout our university, to strengthen the communication among our students, our graduates and our staff.
